Welcome to Wise Chiropractic and Wellness
Founded in October 2022 by Dr. Trent Wise and his wife, Emmy Wise, Wise Chiropractic and Wellness is a family-owned practice focused on practical, patient-centered care. The clinic was built to provide consistent, thoughtful treatment with an emphasis on long-term health and function.
Dr. Wise grew up in Eastern Washington, spending his early years in LaCrosse and Ritzville. A back injury in high school introduced him to chiropractic care and ultimately shaped his career path. That experience led him to pursue chiropractic as a profession focused on restoring movement and reducing pain.
He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Idaho and Eastern Washington University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Eastern Washington University. In 2000, Dr. Wise began chiropractic school at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California. After graduating, he returned to Spokane, where he has practiced for more than 26 years, serving patients in North Spokane.
Dr. Wise continues to advance his training through ongoing education in clinical nutrition, extremity adjusting, postural rehabilitation, and ergonomics. He has a strong interest in treating TMJ disorders and helping patients manage pain through conservative, non-invasive care.
Outside of work, Dr. Wise spends time with his wife and their two daughters. He enjoys golf and traveling when possible.

Tucker Noel, DC

Dr. Tucker provides hands-on, patient-focused chiropractic care designed to relieve pain, restore movement, and support overall wellness. Dr. Tucker believes true health goes beyond temporary pain relief and focuses on improving balance, mobility, and long-term quality of life for patients of all ages.
Dr. Tucker utilizes a variety of chiropractic techniques, including Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, and SOT, allowing him to customize each adjustment based on individual needs and conditions. Whether treating chronic pain, supporting injury recovery, or emphasizing preventive care, he is committed to delivering personalized, effective chiropractic treatment. Outside the clinic, Dr. Tucker enjoys fishing, hiking, and reading, passions that align with his holistic approach to helping patients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.

Emmy Wise
Practice Manager/Billing
Emmy Wise has worked in healthcare management since 2006 and holds a BA in Communications and Technology from Eastern Washington University. She manages office operations and insurance billing. She also works alongside her husband, Dr. Wise, to keep patient care at the center of the practice.
Jessica Labelle, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Jessica Labelle, LMT, is a graduate of Inland Massage Institute and has been a massage therapist for 17 years. She has worked alongside Dr. Wise throughout her career and is known for her strong hands and ability to understand exactly what each patient needs to improve function.

Elizabeth Morton, LMT, is a recent graduate of Therapeutic Connections where she obtained her Massage License. She is excited to learn from the experienced team at Wise Chiropractic and Wellness and believes in the power of combining massage therapy and chiropractic care to support overall health and wellness.

Shelby is a recent graduate of Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics. She enjoys building connections with patients and believes care should be more than just a transaction. In her role, Shelby values continual learning, especially expanding her knowledge of medical terminology and overall wellness.
