Do you offer Massage Therapy?Certainly! We are delighted to introduce our three highly skilled Licensed Massage Therapists: Jessica Labelle, Erin Wall, and Orlando Diaz. Jessica is available Monday through Friday and welcomes Kaiser PPO/HMO, Premera/BCBS, CHPW(No Cascade Select), MVC (PIP only), and cash patients. Erin is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with openings for six 1-hour massages each day. Erin also accepts Kaiser PPO/HMO, Premera/BCBS, CHPW(No Cascade Select), MVC (PIP only), and cash. Orlando Diaz is available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, accepting Kaiser PPO/HMO, Premera/BCBS, CHPW(No Cascade Select), MVC (PIP only), and cash. We are NOT currently taking any United Healthcare/UMR/Aetna plans for massage therapy. We highly recommend you contact your insurance to make sure one of our therapists are in network. Due to insurance constantly adding new plans it is difficult for us to know if we accept your current plan. PLEASE NOTE: If you are a new massage patient planning to use your insurance, it is our policy to establish care with Dr. Wise and be seen at least every 90 days for a massage prescription. You can conveniently schedule online or call our office to book an appointment with Jessica, Erin, or Orlando if you are an established patient. Our cash rate for a one-hour massage is $80. If you have out-of-network massage benefits, we are happy to provide a statement of reimbursement for you to submit to your insurance—simply inquire at the end of your appointment.

What is Chiropractic?A chiropractor is a primary care doctor who specializes in spinal health and well-being. Chiropractors work to restore spinal function with Chiropractic adjustments. Nerve interference by misaligned vertebrae is removed, thus allowing optimal nervous system function and normal health. Chiropractors help their patients reduce pain, increase movement, improve performance, and enhance their quality of life, without the use of drugs or surgery.

Do you have a cancellation or no-show policy?Yes, kindly be advised that a minimum notice of 24 hours is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of a Massage and/or Chiropractic appointment to prevent the imposition of a $50 fee for Massage and a $25 fee for Chiropractic. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise necessitating cancellations, but it is imperative to note that no exceptions will be made to this policy. As a small business, it is essential for us to compensate our massage therapists and staff for their time. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

Do we accept insurance?Yes we do accept most insurance. Some insurance companies may cover chiropractic costs. We are happy to help file insurance claims and verify benefits electronically. Ultimately, you are responsible for payment if your insurance company denies your claim.

How long will I need to get chiropractic care? When you see a Chiropractor you have likely already been hurting for a while. Regardless of how long you have been suffering, you never have to keep going. However, you may feel so much better when you are getting care that you may choose to continue with tune up/ maintenance care. Just like seeing the dentist for cleanings to prevent a cavity.
